The 5th Annual A 60's Summer Happening will take place on Friday, August 18th, 2023. This live music event takes place at the German Central Organization grounds located at 7863 York Rd in Parma, OH. The gates will open at 5 PM and we'll have music from 6 - 11 PM. This is an outdoor event. You can bring a lawn chair or find a place to sit at one of the picnic tables or one of the benches. The performing bands are the Liverpool Lads, Moxie, The Airchiefs & Custard Pie. The Liverpool Lads will be the opening act. Our friends from WIXY1260online will emcee once again. You can listen to them 24/7 online or through their app. This year's 50/50 recepient will be The Abbey Rose Foundation non profit from Huron, OH. Food and beverages will be available through German Central and The Southern Thangs Food Truck. Parma's own Schnitz Ale Brewery beers will be served as well. NO OUTSIDE BEVERAGES, COOLERS OR FOOD WILL BE PERMITTED INTO THE EVENT.
The event is 21 & over. Tickets are available online through the above link. This is our 3rd year without an increase. General Admission adult prices for those 21 - 59 are $18. For those 60 & older, tickets are $15. Gazebo seating will be available for $20 per person, a maximum of 8 can sit inside. There is a service fee involved for each ticket purchase. Tickets go on sale March 1st. In honor of the 5th anniversary of this event, a special $5 discount per ticket is being offered March 1st - 5th. A special password will be emailed to past ticket buyers to take advantage of this offer. Day of show admission will be $25. .

Parking is free and there's room for RV's. We'll do our best to expand the closer handicap parking area.
This is an outdoor event. If the show has to be cancelled due to bad weather, you'll receive a refund for your ticket purchase, but not the service fee as that's out of our control.
